It's Fedora Time!  Ms. Mommy and I found this stylish fedora at Old Navy last week.  From the moment I put it on, I haven't wanted to take it off.  Luckily for me, it goes with almost everything.  Double plus: perfect for sunny weather and the sandbox!

Friday Flashback

We are big, GIGANTIC nerd babies. And proud of it! On top of being two awesome nerd babies, we are super lucky to have an obscenely talented Ms. Mommy to create these fantabulous trekkie outfits for us. Would you believe these are dollar store onesies with some freezer paper and fabric paint? Ms. Mommy is smarter than Spock and Odo combined!

What to Wear When Exploring

Adventure Ho! 

The sun came out today and I donned my best explorer outfit to wear for the occasion!  I love how intimidating the snake around my shoulders is - no man or beast would dare mess with me with a gigantic snake on my side.  This outfit is the perfect mix of bright, sunny day type camouflage with a flash of dangerous red on the shoes.  Plus, I must say, I look ready for anything.

Pigtails

This weekend my Auntie Amelia and I decided to take a chance and see if we could put my lovely, golden tresses into pigtails for the first time. It was a challenge, but we did our best, and I'm going to have to say... I think I look FABULOUS! Am I right?! Pigtails for the win!

As with any new hairstyle, it may take a little getting used to. Miss Monkey, however, said I look sweet. I think it goes without saying that I trust her opinion.

Casual Friday at the Farm

Welcome back to Casual Friday! This week the whole family climbed into the van and drove out to visit friends on the farm.  In true fashionista style, I dressed up for the occasion.

Hank may be more adventurous in fashion than I am, but I definitely was less afraid of a lil' ol' horse!  There must be something in my sweet nature that attracted those ponies to me like unicorns to a princess.

Apparently, Mr. Daddy didn't feel the need to dress up for the occasion.  But a basic tee is always in style and a necessity for every wardrobe.

Happy Friday the 13th!  In accordance with the curse of the day, I pulled up a horrid piece from my past.  I can share this without being totally ashamed because, obviously, I was too young to pick it out for myself.  Please tell me you didn't think I'd pick this out myself?! I'm tearing up again just at the thought of it.

Usually, I'm all about contrasting colors and patterns.  When done right.  Dear Mr. Daddy, let's not see a repeat of this atrocity this summer.

Spring has sprung! This is our third continuous day of sunshine...time to break out the shorts!  I love the bright colors and vintage style of this outfit.  The Janie and Jack wool suspender shorts are certainly for the more adventurous boys out there.  I'm loving the way they'll frame the great frog graphic on this tee from Tea Collection.  Just another day or two of sunshine and I'll be begging Ms. Mommy for all these pieces!

It's Spring!

Happy Tuesday, peeps! I can call you that because it's still close enough to Easter and I'm sure we all have those delicious, sugary, marshmallow treats on our minds. Not that Ms. Mommy let me have any. She thinks I'm too young still. Easter is just one reason it's been so quiet on our blog this past week. Our Grandma was visiting before the holiday, and although Ms. Mommy took a lot of photos, we simply didn't find the time to post anything! She promised me she'd try to get them uploaded soon though. In the meantime, we've been enjoying delightful Spring weather (finally!), so here is a look at what I've been wearing to celebrate the sunshine:

Hats! Hats!

It's hat time! The sun is finally shining and that means a baby must remember to stay protected and stylish!  

Spring hats are best used as an opportunity to compliment an already existing outfit.  For this, I prefer basic colors and/or small patterns.

Summer hats are a great excuse to add a little extra pizazz to an outfit.  Hats with bold colors and playful patterns are a great idea for summer!
